At the first cleaning please be at home to speak through your needs and the things we should know but after that you don’t have to be at home.

Our goal is to make you 100% happy. If you aren’t satisfied with the cleaning please fill out the form on the contact us page and select the option ‘I am not satisfied with the cleaning’. Write down briefly what didn’t meet your expectation and we’ll go back and fix it for free.
You can make our work definitely more effective if you tidy up toys and things lying around your home. This way we can clean faster and maybe the cleaning will also take less time so we won’t bother you longer. I know how irritating could be if someone puts your things away so for your comfort we are not going to remove things from where it was so you’ll find everything where you left it.
It’s up to you. You can provide them but in order to get the best result you can choose to ask us to provide every cleaning tools for an extra fee.
If you would like to provide all cleaning tools we are going to need all of these: duster, 2 pieces of clean microfibre clothes, 2 bigger clean cleaning rugs/old towel, 2 bigger size sponges, paper towel (for toilet), toilet brush, dustpan and broom, mop with bucket.
Tip: never wash microfibre clothes together with cotton rugs because you’re going to ruin your microfibre cloth’s feature.

At the moment we are operating in Szeged an it’s sorrounding.
In general 2 cleaners is going to clean your home. This means they’re going to finish half of the time compared to just 1 cleaner.
E.g. if your home’s cleaning takes about 4 hours to clean for 1 person, then for 2 people the same home takes just 2 hours.

- the place of a crime, death, fire damage, flood
- cleaning of vent, garbage dump, larger garbage cans
- cleaning of infected sites
- cleaning of animal or human feces, body fluids, blood or vomiting
- graffiti cleaning
- ‘forced cleaning’
- paving stone, facade cleaning
- clearance
- cleaning in dangerous places
- snow shoveling
We’re working from monday to friday 08:00-18:00.
At different times, we can do the cleaning at an additional cost based on prior consultation.
As a general cleaning we’re doing a basic cleaning (more details here), but as a deep clean we’re doing a more thorough cleaning on your demand (more details here).
We have a liability insurance at …Insurance Company so you can have your peace of mind if we would accidentaly broke or damage something in your home. In any case we write a report and take pictures about the damage and forward them to our insurance company who will compensate you.
